Sandy Mount Studio is headed by Ian Harding RIBA. All work will follow the RIBA Plan of Work, meaning that there is a well tested method to our creativity. Ian has over 30 years experience in Architecture and has designed and delivered literally hundreds of projects nationwide

Stages 0-2 Concept

Here is the bit that is the x-factor. Ideas and testing them are collaborative as well as from the imagination, not just building, art enters in, it becomes architecture.

Stages 3-4 Detail Design

Getting the detail right is going to make it all flow easily. Here is where the hard work is for an Architect. The hours are long. Dealing with other stakeholders, planning, building regulations etc.

Stages 5-7 Construction

Delivering the right project also takes a lot of real world skills in project management,  dealing with builders, etc.
